PUPPY LOVE !!!!

I know I know you are thinking that is a funny looking cat. Well my kitties have morphed into a puppy. My child-ling took the kitties and the ex-wife has given them to her neighbors which are moving to parts unknown. At least I had visitation rites for awhile.

This is Sasha. A fourteen week old ball of energy. Yes she looks Innocent enough but she is very smart and lives for Payback. Just cross her and she plants pottie bombs in strategic locations just like land mines. For example last week I came home, fed her, let her run the yard to drop her bombs, and then left her in the house alone for a couple hours. She apparently became upset over this situation because she left three liquid land mines directly in front of my favorite chair. One center, one 45% left, and one 45% right. Perfect land mine placement. I actually made it to the chair without loosing a leg so she stepped in the center one and jumped onto my lap. OH MAN !!! Where did this wet dog come from. As I left the chair my left foot took a hit and skidded across the floor. As I said: Perfect land mine placement. A direct hit.

After clearing the mine field she just looked at me with that GOTCHA look. I knew that it was too late to effectively scold her so she got away with that one.

Actually she is larger than she looks in the picture. Two weeks ago she was the size of a half grown cat. Now she is the size of a full grown cat. She can reach at least 1" higher every day. Soon she will be able to take food off my plate while sitting in my recliner. She actually minds well but she is still a puppy and doesn't remember what is off limits for more than a few moments at a time.

Overall she is a great companion and actually gets along with my outdoor cats very well. She also hasn't found out that those strange creatures from next doors "taste like chicken". Life will get interesting when she figures that one out.

Well that is my latest addition to the house. I think the next items will be some real furniture.
